Is this the type of plumbing lines or "pex" that you have?

Entegra and others builders starting using this a few years back (2020 maybe?) It isn't actually PEX at all, it is constructed more like a garden hose with a braided outer shell and a soft liner. A plumber friend calls it Chinese PEX.
It's more flexible than PEX and probably a lot easier to work with. But, the problem is they are still using fittings and crimp rings designed for real PEX, and on this softer material the joints become prone to leakage over time. Especially the hot water runs which expand and contract more.
A friend's 2023 Anthem had this stuff and half the connections at the hot water manifold and a few on the cold, were leaking.
We fixed them by adding small fuel line sized hose clamps next to the crimp ring. Ideally, removing the crimp ring is better, but they are a bear to get off in a cramped space without the proper tools.
If you Google around you will find issues with this stuff across all brands.
