Water Leak on Outside Rinse Hose

Anyone have experience with a leak at the outside rinse hose? It's a slow drip from the water connection behind the panel, it's not a lot but it's annoying. I see that are some compounds that can be mixed and spread on something like this. Thought that would be simpler than having to pull the entire panel off to get to the back of the connection.

You can reach behind the panel and tighten the fitting by hand. I had one loose before. It doesn't take much to leak past the threads. They are plastic hand nuts, no tools needed.

Most connections are just hand tightened to begin with during factory installation.

If you can reach up behind panel and grab hold of fitting just tighten it more by hand

Trying to seal up a leak from the outside never works. All doing that does is to make fixing it the correct way more difficult.
