Burner will burn up to 185 degrees then turns off until it drops back down to 165 degrees in coolant. He said the fans aren't that strong and the hoses needs to be even flow for it to work properly. He ended cutting about 2' off each hose. With the 44b you can see your AH hoses on PS with slide in next to pantry.

Ours are no where as loose as yours are at the pantry area, no wonder it was kinking up and not circulating the fluid.

My hoses are the same -- they kink up every time I slide out my kitchen.

I just in kink them manually each time.

Will fix at PDI.

Might also check with CS if you haven't done so already. Entegra has some pretty top notch mobile guys across the country they know of. Good luck and keep us updated.

Brobox they have used these guys before. AH also recommended them

What about something like this?

Gleason Systems - Powertrack Cable Carriers, Heavy Duty Drag Chains, Flexible Cable Trays

Flexible wire track

What a shame that you had to go through that. Glad Joe was ale to find the problem. When it is an installer error, it is hard for AH and their tech to find someone else's mistakes.
