My neighbor has them on both his cars and his motorhome. He tried to say it was to keep bugs off the plate and protect it, to include the rear plates!

Do they acually work? I have seen some online reviews that said they are ineffective except at night.

I wouldn't count on that...but then I have several better places to camp in other than the CHP parking lot for failure to appear

We live in PA and prior to owning the Anthem we owned a 40ft fifth wheel for many years and I blew by ever single weigh station in every state we traveled and never got pulled over because we ignored them.

It does say "large" recreational vehicles. Since my cute little Aspire is only 43 feet, I'll just drive right on by.
