What is this

Found this hanging on the fresh water tank drain valve. No clue if itís road debris or something off the coach. 2017 Cornerstone. Itís rubber.

I would put my bet on road debris... not sure if there is any dampening material in the area i.e. between the chassis sub-structure and wood flooring or around other joint areas. Be thankful it wasn't a larger piece of a "gator" (tire material), hence, you may be trying to figure out why you had no fresh water tonight, as it would/could have ripped out the plumbing lines,
