What is this
This ismounted on the roof of a 2012 Anthem and has an antenna wire in it. The top cover may have broken off from a low branch, just can’t figure what this is.
Hope to buy the top cover once I figure what it is and where to get it.

It looks to be a previous owner added wifi antenna. It is nothing factory. I've owned am 02 Travel Supreme, a 14, 19 and 21 Entegra, I have never seen one before on any of my coaches. What will seal the top, if you cannot find one is Eternabond roofing tape.

My first thought is that it is a TV antenna mount and the actual antenna got ripped off, but, that coax you're holding looks like 50 ohm coax terminated by what looks like a SMA connector, and if so, probably a communications antenna. What's really interesting is that if the antenna got ripped away, the connector portion of that coax should have went with it. Since the connector is still present, I wonder if the previous owner (if you're not the first owner) wanted to keep the actual antenna, and merely unscrewed the coax from the antenna when removing the antenna. All a guess based on the two pictures.
EDIT: I see Chuck and I were answering that the same time. Great thought Chuck, a wifi antenna.

You are lucky, you’ve got a cable already run to an inside location. Guessing in one of the overhead cabinets up front. I would replace the whole thing with another WiFi unit of your choice, if you don’t already have that, and not worry about matching.
Like Chuck said, Eternabond tape the cap(it looks like a rain collector), or remove it completely, cap the coax and bury it in some new Dicor for later use.

Looks like an old style GPS antenna mount. We had white ones on our boat.

Thanks for the replies. It is definitely some sort of antenna, wi-fi, maybe. In the coach on the ceiling is a large knob that rotates the external antenna. The cable must have been previously disconnected but the exterior cover was definitely broken off as the is a small piece left with a screw in it.

Looks like the base of an old Winegard Rayzor tv antenna with the top broken off.
