I have a newbie question that my kids and I have been trying to answer all summer long.. What is it? When do I need it? How do I use it?

The OP's keyfob is useless to an RV owner. That is a "smart fob" for a Keyper System electronic key control system.

The FOB came on one of the key rings that came with the coach when I purchased it. Any chance you place it near the keypad handle to open the coach?
