Where is leveling jack pump fluid check located on a 2012 Entegra cornerstone

If it's like mine it is in the bay with the house batteries.

Your jack reservoir is probably like Marc said in the same bay as the battery bank but probably hidden behind the black plastic shroud. On my Anthem you have to remove about 6 or 8 screws then look left and low to the batteries and the pump and reservoir are there.

Mine is where Dave said....if not there follow the hose for the D/S jack, it should be the closest, and it will led to the reservoir.

Can't speak for the earlier years but on our 2016 Cornerstone it's behind a black plastic panel in the frontmost curbside bay, right between the entry door and basement freezer. A couple of screws remove that panel. My batteries are on the driver side of the coach.

Dont do like a friend did and checked it and filled tank with jacks in down position. I think when he went to move from RV park, he created a bio hazard spill!! Always check with jacks up. 😎
