And On to Napa on Wednesday became Tuesday when the friendly folks at Wine Country RV told me to pay for one more night, at noon, you have about an hour because we have someone going into that sight.. by the way you have to move. Solved that problem and left. Scuzbags! Think next time we'll try the nice resort on Hwy 101 in Paso.
So Fairfield CA after a little quick packing, had loaded the truck up planning for Wed departure, we departed with smiles on our faces and middle finger up as we headed toward rush hour traffic in San Fran. Overall, Paso was a great visit though.

Dave,
Kathy and I have stayed at the Vines along Hwy 101 in Paso Robles before. VERY noisy along 101 and owned by the say company as Wine Country.

That I heard, but I also heard they sold the Wine Country property a while back, between the time Tom contracted for the rally and the event.

Summerfest was great meeting everyone and all the great meals were the best. As for the park, that's the last time I stay at that dusty short sites RV park with my coach. Hopefully next time the park will allow me to weight coaches in place for our owner's.
Left Santa Maria Ca. Tuesday 6-17 and arrived in Vegas for a 9 week stay. Windows are all dressed out for the desert heat, shower sky light is sealed and moved into the Club DE Soleil to use up our vacation share.

We are at Johnny Appleseed Campground in Fort Wayne, IN. I had some business here and needed a place to stay. The campground is in the city; its nice, quiet and on the river. There was a big storm today with high winds and heavy rain. We have not seen wind and rain like this before. The wind was hitting us broadside and I saw my front DS slide move a little. There is no damage to the coach. There is debris everywhere with large branches and trees split in half. We also met some amazing people here. I'm hoping the weather will cooperate so we can get the clubs out.

After nearly a year of being unable to use our coach (family and work issues), we finally get back on the road today. We're heading, slowly, to Middlebury. We'll be there next week - anyone else headed that way? BTW - on my way west from Beaumont, TX yesterday I saw an Entegra eastbound on I-10. Had a golf cart and a toad on a dolly. I waved....

About the UP Mosquitos
Staying at my wife's relative's house in Goetzville, MI. Beautiful site right on Huron/Saint Mary's, full hookups, view of the lake...really nice, and they're great people.
Here's the question: Yes, the mosquito's are terrible, as OWV noted. problem is we are getting them inside the coach and cannot seem to find the leak that is letting them in. Anhyone else had this problem with their Entegra? 2014 Anthem 44B...

Sounds like one of our group headed the long way home from Summerfest to PA.

Tom, I have not been able to locate Sand Piper RV Park on the web. Where is it located along the Oregon coast? I enjoyed talking with you at Paso Robles four or five day prior to Summerfest. Hopefully I will be able to attend next year. SAFE TRAVELS
