Whirlpool Fridge issue

My unit was at dealership for repair for close to three weeks. The fridge was cleaned out and shut down. Upon return home, the freezer will freeze water in a short time BUT, the refer side will not get below 65 degrees. I can see no obstruction anywhere. Anyone have an idea?

Does the circulation fan come on inside to bring cold air from freezer to fridge?

It appears you have a 2020 Reatta. Its always a good idea to give the group your model and floor plan (sometimes) when you post a question so everyone knows what equipment you have and how to slant their comments.

In my case, unfortunately, I have never faced that problem and I have no suggestions for you. I will read along and hopefully learn something as you diagnose and hopefully resolve your problem. Please keep us updated as you problem solve.

Also, as you are waiting to figure it out, you might consider adding a "Signature section" to your posts and include all your major equipment and it will be added automatically to all your posts. Click USERCP in top left, go down options on left side to add a signature. Create. The signature will be added even to your earlier posts on the forum.

I have a Reatta XL so not certain the fridge is the same but here is where my fridge temp check/change occurs.
On the front panel of the whirlpool there is a temp button, press and hold for 3 seconds and you can change the temp of both the fridge side and freezer side.

Maybe during the work they increased temps for some reason.
