Try this place in South Miami. It may seem sort of mediocre but is actually a nice place with nice sites in a former Avacado farm. It is pretty inexpensive but the hard part is getting a reservation. The rental is about $600/mo.

With the bad winters back to back, I can see where reservations are now being made a year in advance. One thing that you might try is getting on a waiting list. Health and family reasons do cause cancellations here in FL.

Also the ownership parks such as Pelican Lakes in Naples, the Realtors have inside information from the lot owners that are not part of the rental pool of the office. One of our forum member is able to rent there ever year by going through the Realtor. Her name is Sue or Susan. Some of the ownership parks charge has much as 40% rental fee going though the office, where if you rent it on your own, even using a Realtor the fees are a lot less.

Colrain RV

Looking to ordering a 2016 Aspire, as anyone had any dealings with this dealer?

As much as we like the Aspire, we always keep leaning towards the Anthem. There's something to be said for the upgraded systems, such as the batteries, larger fuel tank, dual converters and IFS. We're hoping to be purchasing our coach in the next few months, preferably a 44B or 42 DEQ floorplan.
