The fan selection on your thermostat relates to the roof units only.
Works the same with heat pumps as it does with air-conditioning.
If you're using aquahot for heat (heat = gas) you want the fan setting in the thermostat to be blank (off)
Any other selection will run the fans in the cieling units.

First you have a 12500 generator and a 450D Aquahot unless someone has replaced the original equipment, which I doubt.
On your vega touch go to your climate control icon and in upper right hand corner select manual instead of schedule and that should turn off the overhead fans.
Overhead fans should not come on if heat pumps aren’t selected.
