Why no answers on 2015 Delivery?

We ordered a 2015 Entegra, our first and neither the dealer nor the manufacturer will not commit to a delivery date? Is this common? Are there issues with this manufacturer? Anyone else having the same issue?

Maybe they haven't started the building process yet. Therefore, they won't know delivery date.

Aspire, Anthem, or Cornerstone? They may have not started 2015 run on Aspire or Anthem as they still have 2014s to build on order that haven't been completed (thus don't have a precise start date). I think you could call the Entegra Coach contact number on line and ask the question, but don't really know. When you get Jayco or Entegra receptionist, ak for a sales representative rather than a help desk person (although generally, I think they prefer sales questions to come through the dealer). I think your question should probably be "when will they start the 2015 run?" and then ask the dealer "where in your pre-ordered is mine in the pecking order?" If yours is from a dealer who hasn't pre-ordered, I don't know how Entegra handles new orders. Is your dealer one of the "big three"? If so they pre-order. The smaller dealers may order as they get a customer (I don't really know this for sure). Hope this helps...

There are people still waiting for 2014's, me included. Entegra's have become very popular, along with the demand, the supply can only be made so fast.

I have one of the last 14s. It just came out of paint last week. As others have said no 15s will be started until the 14s are done. Once your coach goes on line they will be able to give you dates.

2015 Cornerstone on order for almost a month now, best guesstimate at this time for us is Late July - early August, but that's just an educated guess from the dealer. I hate the wait also, but as my son tells me, it is what it is...

Our 2015 Cornerstone went into production March 25th. Of course, it takes 5-1/2 weeks to paint a Cornerstone.

Sounds like some of these companies might want to rethink factory delivery.

Amen, or at least let the owner drive his new coach from the factory to the selling dealer.

The extreme weather is the biggest reason for the current delivery delays. Changing their factory delivery policy would probably not improve the situation.

Suddenly, the factory has to handle the customer delivery process which would include what was dealer prep, There would have to be some training for new owners. Any issues that where being handled by the dealer, now would fall on the company. What personnel would be used to do all this extra work? What would happen once the current rush ended?

The actual delivery of coaches would probably be the same. I don't think too many new owners would have picked up their coaches during the rough weather and tried to move them. I certainly wouldn't have.

Painful as the wait is for many new owners, it is going to take some time to get back to normal. The dealers are going to be overwhelmed for some time and new buyers are going to have the be more vigilant in their inspections of their new rigs. It is not brand specific. Every manufacturer is facing these challenges with perhaps the exception of Tiffin due to their location.

Not pleasant - Just current reality.

A 2015 being made in March?? Keep that up and the 2016 models will start being made this Nov.
No matter the chassis Vin could be a 2013 or a 2014 made one.
No 2015 chassis being made yet. :(
