Why we orderd a new Entegra

Trying to bury the negative "Is anyone else unhappy with their Entegra" post. Before we purchased our Travel Supreme ten years ago, we owned a Shakeabago. After moving up to the ride of the TS I could not believe someone could make a MH ride so nice. Our TS has been almost problem free and has served us fantastically with the number of miles we have enjoyed.

Now that we are traveling more, it came time to upgrade and we looked no further than the EXCELLENT construction of the Entegra. They DID step up the fantastic construction of the TS and I already knew what a great coach we have enjoyed for so many years.

If there is any slight problems, Shipshewanna IN is one of our favorite places to stop even if we do not need any RV service. With the TS we had one small punch list, drove to the factory and it was completed plus some surprising updates in one day. What sold us, was most of our old TS "fantastic service" people are at Entegra and there are none better in the industry.

Chuck,

There is no doubt we will be following the same path during our next upgrade (probably 4 years from now). Before buying the TS I embarked on an extensive research project and pretty much ruled out every other manufacturer (couldn't justify the expense of a Newell, Foretravel or Prevost conversion). When TS folded I was glad I had mine, but was lost on where I would go next. Then I read about Entegra picking up after TS so I was intrigued, but questioned whether or not they would maintain the quality. However, after reading everything I could find and checking out several coaches I believe Entegra has made a great product even better. Couple that with the list of happy owners and we know where we'll be heading in a few years.

The only downside I see is I enjoy having a rig that is not vey common at all the campgrounds. I'm still amazed how many other RVers and campground staff that have never heard of TS. I often get compliments on the rig and then asked who makes Travel Supreme. Many people seem to think it is a model name from some other manufacturer.

Good luck with your new coach.

Lou

Lou, you are correct. It is fun to have the "head turner" in the parks. You and I come from the original manufacture and as for the "troll" post mentioned above, I felt it was time to get real on what great coaches these have been. Having been a very pleased owner we had no problem making our decision and putting our $$ where they are best benefited.
