Will this be the last homecoming?
We are headed to the Elkhart County fairgrounds tomorrow to attend Entegra Homecoming.
We have been to a few homecomings and I was just thinking this might be the last one that Entegra has.
Any one have any thoughts or care to make a prediction.

We are at Homecoming now. It’s supposed to have 188 coaches and appears to be well organized. I’m sure they will have one next year and relatively confident Homecoming will continue to be an annual event.. IMHO

I as Entegra will go away or at least the brand name, Thor is not going to pay for a homecoming, since there will be few new owners if there is still a Entegra name.

Yes there will be a homecoming next year for the foreseeable future for Entegra built DP motorhomes. So as long as there is a sufficient number of Entegra DP motorhomes I think there will be a Homecoming. Jayco / Entegra has committed to continued support of all Entegra DP motorhome as long as there are units on the road.
Other points
- The decision to do this was made by Entegra and Tiffin. Thor industries ONLY input was to approve the plan arrived at by Entegra and Tiffin.
- No Entegra Line personal will be laid off or moved to Red Bay.
- The line where the DP models are made along with Diesel Super C motorhomes will transition to Diesel Super C models exclusively.

I have been thru a couple company " downsizings" with no changes, first to go is the summer picknick / fun day , then the Christmas party then everything else . They always tell a good story to the employees and customers.

What I heard Ken Walters say at homecoming 2025 was Entegra will have a homecoming next year. I did not hear anything beyond that.
I don’t know if the fee that is charged to owners who attend and the sponsor money covers the homecoming event. I doubt it but I don’t really know. Certainly the fees don’t cover the Entegra’s team’s time and energy they put into the event.
So for having the event I say Way To Go Entegra.
I know we had a great time at this years event. I hope they continue well past 2026.

Homecoming 2026
Everything said by every level of management that I chatted with during the recent Homecoming was that there will be a 2026 Homecoming in Goshen. They also stated that the notification of the event will likely be a month or 2 later than this year's event. Additionally, promises were made that Entegra will continue to support with techs and parts all DPs made in Middlebury at the current Middlebury facility. All we as owners can do is to take them at their word. But, I think we all have a few doubts about the long-term support and realize that the current management of Thor may change their mind. They indicated that there are about 7000 Entegra DPs out there, and that represents a substantial continuing income stream for Entegra/Thor. Especially if they are able to continue to support us with the excellent service available at the mother ship. Here's to continuing the legacy of excellence for which Entegra has been known.

This is not a downsizing. The people on the line will continue to build Diesel Super C coaches on that line. The removal of the DP models will allow that line to produce more coaches because of the reduced build time required for the Super C models.

Derald and Wilbur Bontrager Reinvented the Travel Supreme in 2008 and launched Entegra Coach Diesel pusher line........that was and is the foundation of Entegra............not Jayco's rebadged Entegra line.............
Derald and Wilbur's vision and invention is gone..........and it is sad to see!
