Is it an Entegra part that I pay for, or Entegra pays for?

It's an ask and see what happens part. You would think the wiper arm would make it through a little ice storm without stripping out.

Even the Space Shuttle, was built with the Lowest Bidder Parts! lol. But it looks more like sloppy installation.

Bob

Here's a post I made in Apr in case you need parts for your wiper.....

I just happened to ask Entegra Customer service the other day for the part number for the wiper blade refills. They said they didn't have a part number for the refills but had one for the entire wiper blade and holder. Here it is;

The wiper blade (presumably the whole wiper system) is made by a vendor called AM Equipment. The part number is 302-2320. Don't know if it helps but you might be able to cross reference.

Here's more info from BillinFL

Just checked the AM Equipment website and found this cross reference to Anco blades: (OEM 38632-90) 302-2320 Frameless Blades. The OEM number is the Anco number.

Lots of hits for wiper blades, but I need a wiper ARM, not the blade. The arm is TruVision, but there is no part number on it.

looks exactly like it was a loose fit to start. here the number for company systems 574-266-9430 for their systems but they do not list your MH on the list. they do list camping world as a supplier. I wouldn't count on them. The truevison website is a poor resource for parts.

It must have been slipping for quite some time to have stripped it to that extent. For the interim you could drill it and throw a rivet or two in it.

Hogdriver has it right. Here is the link.

Contact them to make sure you are getting the correct spec.

Not a good idea to rivet it. It's made of soft metal to fail if wiper jams. If it jams with rivets installed the next place to fail could be the motor or linkage to both wipers, a costlier repair. , and then no wipers.

Bob, if you can't find a new arm either one of these places should be able to help. When I walked through their warehouses this spring they had boxes of wiper arms on their shelves.

The trick will be to find a match. I don't recall seeing any Entrgras at Colaw but both them and Bontrager are usually willing to work with you to find the correct part. I'm betting your arm is being used on SOB.

Kudos Entegra!

Contact Neenie Johnson at Diesel Equipment 1-877-307-7059 or email her at
njohnson@dieselequipment.com. They are the primary supplier to the RV industry of wiper arms and blades. She has been very helpful in meeting my windshield wiper system needs. I have experienced similar problems twice on previous motorhomes and the engineer at DE explained that this was the designed "weak link" in the system to protect the system from excessive stress. The price of a new arm is not that bad.
