Windy nation p30 L

Windy nation P30L there is 2 of these panels near the magnum inverters panel in a friend's anthem I let him know someone here may know about them. And I would get back to him I guess he would like to know hands on experience to use and operate them safely to protect and do no harm to them, when he should turn them on or off like on 50 amp or rolling down the road. He has read the owners manual he's just never used any solar panels before. He's learning fast though lol. He can get pics too. Thx for any help.

The 2 solar panels are just enough to keep batteries "kind" of charged. No need to do anything with them.
