Wipers/Cruise

Hi Group,
My wipers, cruise and the lighted buttons on the wheel all stopped working at once yesterday.
Does anyone know where the fuse that handles all this is located or what it is labeled as ?

Sounds like the Spartan Module or the clock spring in the steering wheel. I am not aware of a fuse that controls all of that.
