Wiring for MCD shade
Does anyone know which wires are positive and which go to day/night shade. Four wires. One white, one purple/white, one red and one red/black.
We have 2016 Anthem and the MCD shades/bracket over sofa fell.

Best I can tell on mine white and white/purple go to one shade and red-black/red to other. It doesn't make any difference just hook up the white-white/purple to one of the shades. Don't crimp the wires just strip the ends and twist to motor wires. If you're lucky you'll have the correct shade, if you're really lucky you'll have the right shade and correct direction of travel. If wrong shade hook them to other shade and check for direction of travel. Switching wires once you find the correct shade will change direction of travel, don't have to worry about positive etc. once you get correct shade and direction of travel crimp wires and you're back in business.

First we connected the power per Entegra tech’s direction. Positive to positive. The shade operated in reverse. Thanks to above comments, I switched wires and viola!

The loose bracket was resolved with a bit of liquid nails in hole with added toothpick. Let it set up a bit (about 1-2hrs) and then screwed it all back together. It’s snug now.

Just need to “teach” solar shade to go down about 1/2” less. I understand there’s a YouTube video for that. I watched a tech do it. Best done with 2 people.

On the shade you want to program hold the program button, while holding the button have someone hold the down icon on the vegatouch. The shade will beep and start down, but continue to hold the button and icon. The shade will move down a few inches and stop, at that time release the button and icon. Go to the vegatouch and push the down icon, when the shade gets to about an inch from being down to where you want it hit the down icon again which will stop the shade. From there each time you touch the down icon the shade will move down about 1/4 inch. When it gets to where you want it touch the up icon, when shade gets to about an inch from where you want it hit the up icon which will stop it. Hitting the up icon will move it up 1/4 inch to where you want it. Once the up is set hit the down icon and it will go down and beep then it's programmed.

Our coach is 2016 Anthem and doesn’t have the Vegatouch, but instructions should be relatively the same. Thanks!
