Entegra's have Aqua Hots. When using diesel to fire the boiler they have unlimited hot water. It was one of the reasons we traded up from our 10 gallon suburban HW heater. We no longer have to time showers or laundry or wait for the water to heat up again. Yep, been there.

When my Grandaughter decided to take up residence in my shower I shut the water heater off. It was only a few minutes and she was done!

That was going to be my suggestion too! Flip the switch and the shower will stop pretty fast!
