Calling technical at RiverPark.com will help. But if out of warranty I would consider a total replacement that was more user friendly and have more clarity. This screen is totally useless where mounted in the dash and a possible cause for an accident if viewed for very long while driving. Not sure what would be a more updated unit but have read posts where others have replaced and incorporated the side and rear cameras with complete functionality. Good luck.
I had similar issue with my screen. Called River Park and it was suggested that I go into settings, find the “factory reset” and do this reset. Worked like a charm. Didn’t loose any data and fixed my issues.
