already planning the next and we didn't have the first one.... but we have to do it while cool, I believe we have some gumbo cooks in the club! MMMM I make homemade roux. I can smell it cooking,

It will be getting cool soon. Also another one around crawfish season. We have a place we get them where regular size is large and large is huge. BOiled up with corn, taters, carrots,


some good fried catfish, over an ettouffee and a bed of rice...

NOTE: I have reserved the Club House! Talked with Verdie this morning and she said we will have the use of it Friday Saturday and Sunday morning. We will just need to clean up and leave as it was when we arrive. Looking forward to meeting you all . If you have anything to add please post a reply . also for those of you that have sent emails, I am copying the member list to you
