I only fill up at truck stops as a last resort, the fuel quality is garbage ran through a few filters as a result...and you have to be careful on the nozzle pressure as you may get some blowback...09VJ

To my knowledge the EFS fuel program only works at the truck lanes.

The 2019 Sprinter manual mentions two different diesel filler necks. One has a “incorrect fueling protector” and one without. Maybe this based on chassis style. My 2019 Sprinter cargo based Revel has the protector. Maybe some of the cab based up fits don’t have it? Picture of text in 2019 Sprinter User ManualClick image for larger version

I just realized today that the 20VJ that I bought a month ago does not have the “incorrect fueling protector” and I am able to fill with the larger truck diesel nozzle. Based on this thread I assumedi would not be able to use larger nozzle until I looked more closely today. Nice to know but I don’t see the need to use the truck stops unless in an emergency.
