OK, no ATS in your system .

You could call Winny for a diagram, with one larger connector , two wires from the coach could be attached to one wire from the cord.

Unless some one with the exact year and coach posts a picture , calling the manufacturer is in order.

4th wire on 110 plug? A clear coated wire? These are both non-standard. Be very sure what goes where before hooking up.

Put the green wire with the clear wire. The green is just a ground wire for the junction box.

The clear is a ground? I would agree if it didn't have insulation on it, but if I see the picture right it is insulated. I would want to be real sure where it went befor hook in up. Black should ne hot, white neutral, & green or uninsulated ground, but insulation on the clear one would, make me suspicious.

A ground can be insulated.

If it just pulled loose, use a meter to verify using the plug as that is standard connection.

Green pigtail is for grounding the box. Clear wire is the ground that goes to the ground bar inside the coach. Green and clear get wire nutted together with the green in the shore cord.

Looking at the 2016 wiring diagrams, I found this note in at least a couple of places. "All ground wires to be covered with tubing 8041-02-0000"

Apparently WBO is now covering the bare grounds where they leave the jacket of the romex, to the connection, with clear tubing. I found other notes about clear tubing to be installed over grounds in other diagrams.
