Albuquerque Sprinter service

Just want to extend a huge thank you to Mickey, the owner of Jim's Fine Cars in Albuquerque NM. I had a message on my dash while approaching Durango, CO that said to check the coolant level. When I opened the hood (the next morning after everything had cooled down) I could see that the level was indeed low. I also could see that coolant had been leaking from the recovery tank and making a mess of things. Afer calling a few MB dealers who said they wouldn't be able to work on it for at least a week I stumbled on a listing for Jim's. Mickey answered the phone and after we discussed my problem he said to bring it on in and they'd look at it. Got it there about 3 hours later and long story short about 2 hours after that the problem was fixed by replacing the leaking tank and I was on my way. The best old fashioned customer service that I'd experienced in years. And all for a very reasonable price. So if you're anywhere near ABQ and have a problem with your Sprinter don't hesitate, call Jim's. As usual, YMMV, no affiliation, wasn't paid to write this, just an extremely satisfied customer.

Good to know. Thanks.
I was in Albuquerque in 2018, and tried to get an oil change at the Freightliner dealer on the north side of I-40 at the western edge of town. I thought they handled Mercedes-Benz diesel vehicles. They said they wouldn't/couldn't touch it - "no tools, or scanners, or blah, blah, blah". I wasn't desperate so I let it go until I got home, but it was disappointing/frustrating that a FreightLiner dealership refused to help.
