Backup Tail Light Replacement - Itasca Navion

Have an Itasca Navion 24v (2015) on an MB 3500 Sprinter chassis. The low rear backup light (passenger side) assembly broke loose. I have the replacement light and housing but unsure how to fasten to the frame. There are two plastic extensions with no threads that appear to require a special nut of some kind. Has anyone replaced a backup light? Or know what kind of special nut I need? Thanks for any help or thoughts.

If you don't get an answer here, give Winnebago Service a call on Monday and ask them. Have your VIN handy. You can also check online as there may be a drawing that details that light assembly.
