Best small truck to be towed by Navion 24G

We own a 2007 Navion Itasca 24G and are considering a tow - 4 wheels on the ground. We would like to tow a small truck such as a standard shift Ford Ranger. Any comments or suggestions?

Just make sure you don't exceed the gross combined weight rating (GCWR). For practical reasons, that maxs out at about 4400 lbs. Don't know what a Ranger weighs but lighter is better for things towed behind a Sprinter.

We tow a 2010 Ranger with 4 cylinder std transmission. It weighs about 3200 lbs dry. We have a 2015 Coachmen Prism 24G. We use a RVI2 braking system and Blue Ox equipment. Costs about 2MPG and hardly notice it back there. Love the truck and the bed carries all the outside gear (chairs, screen house etc) effortlessly.

I am towing a 2006 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner w/ Auto Trans. behind my 40' Diesel Pusher. Cost about $4800( Parts and Labor) to convert it to flat tow.

Remco Driveshaft Decoupler
LED Tail light wiring
Air Force One Braking system
Blue Ox Alpha Tow bar.

Tacoma PreRunner is about 3700#

I could have installed a REMCO Lube Pump instead of the Drive Shaft De-coupler but since I had rear wheel drive I elected the driveshaft de-coupler
