Can't Pair Phone

2016 Chassis. I had my phone bluetooth to my Mercedes. Had a 100K service done and cannot pair cell phone anymore. Not sure why. Dealer is to far away. So trying to figure this out with your help. HELP!

The dealer at the time replaced the battery and did some updating as well as alot of other stuff for 3K. Was an all day service project but all is well except for the phone not pairing.

Sometimes you need to "forget" the device on your phone, then repair, at least generically speaking, not specific to your motorhome.

One of the manuals I saw, suggests you have to turn on Bluetooth in the MB dash unit, it's in one of the sub menus in the dash component. Can you check that? Manual here - search on "pair" to see some help.

Thanks Winterbagoal, I got it, needed to put the password in both phone and Dash.

Voice CALL the far away dealer and ask to speak to the person you would talk to if you had driven there.
