Changing Km/h to MPH

We have a new 2021 Melbourne Prestige (2020 MB chassis). The additional speedometer shows Km/h between the temp and time (see photo). Is there any way to change this to MPH?

I am pretty sure the chassis manual deals with setting the dash display from metric to English units.

You are correct. I have it set to MPH (see photo). But the setting does not work with this part of the display. It is called the "Additional Speedometer".
