Quality to me relates to purity; water content, sludge, and other contaminates; does it have detergent additives, etc. Adding Biodiesel is part of the formulation and does not reduce quality. Generally, branded stations pump a quality product that may or may not be a bio blend and probably has a proprietary additive. Unbranded stations may have the same standards as the branded stations but they may be strictly bottom line oriented. Personally, I don’t worry myself about using a bio blend but I do fill up at big name brand stations only.
