Try an advanced search on keywords "2018 Navion towing 2016 Wrangler Winterbagoal" to get a fresh list - should have plenty of hits.
Bottom line - Keep the speed around 60-65MPH when towing, and you should see around 13-14MPG with the 3.0L V6 turbo diesel/5 spd transmission combo.
I usually get around 15-16MPG not towing, so you'll lose about 2 MPG +/-. The speed you drive directly affects fuel economy on the Sprinter chassis, but you probably already know that.
As far as feel, I don't feel the towed on the flat, but it does affect general performance, uphill somewhat slower, downhill, I'm more concerned with braking, as you would expect.
