Leaving for a long trip soon and planned on replacing my Continental Vanco's with Michelin XPS Rib. It's looking like these tires are on backorder till late June. Any opinions on a suitable replacement or would you wait and make the purchase on the road?

I'd either wait, if I really wanted the XPS Rib (which I don't), or replace them with another Michelin option, the new CrossClimate.

Go with the Michelin Agilis Crossclimate. It is also a new product and has good specs and not a bad price at $201.00

I second the Agilis CrossClimate recommendation. I just put 4500 on a new set with no problems. On 5/20/19 they handled ~4" of snow on Wolf Creek Pass and later that day 3" of hail that was partially froze to the road. I was glad I had an aggressive tread compared to the Rib's highway tread. Also they are not noticeably noisier than the VanCos I replaced.
