Question One Place Chassis Battery 0 volts

New owner of 2014 Itasca 25T. The monitoring panel is showing 0 volts on chassis battery and coach batteries are showing 12.9 volts. Replaced all batteries. The chassis battery is still showing 0 volts. Checked battery and volts are good. Where is the best place to start trouble shooting why chassis battery is showing 0 volts.

Welcome to iRV2.

Sorry you're here with problems .
Question ? Will the engine start ?
Need to determine if your problem is actually with the chassis battery , or just with the monitor panel's connection to the chassis battery .
It might be that a small wire connecting the panel to the battery has somehow come off the battery.

Thanks for your reply. The chassis battery is new and seems to work fine. Do you if the wire leaves the battery and is wired directly to the monitoring panel or is there a termination between chassis battery and monitoring panel that needs to be checked.

The monitor panel connection; to read chassis battery voltage ; could be made at the battery or at the chassis fuse box, or just about any where in between.
Unless another member with the same RV , has had occasion to find and repair the connection , you may need to contact the coach manufacturer for wiring info.
