Sprinter 3500 Fluid Temps

I've upgraded my ScanGauge II for the Sprinter Oil Temp, Transmission Oil and Engine coolant temp codes so now I can keep a constant eye on how everything's going. Does anyone know what are the nominal temps for these fluids. I don't load the unit to capacity, but would like to know if everything is within limits. I like to be proactive.
