Left side arm rest

[QUOTE= I do wish the drivers seat had an arm rest on the left side, actually added one to our 2006 View.[/QUOTE]

We picked up a wrist rest that is used with computers and cut it in half, using half on the window sill and half on the door handle. Had to cut the fabric to get the double backed tape to stick to the pad interior.

On my 2013 sprinter at 40,000 mi the right rear wheel sensor, and right rear axle seal had to be replace (not under warranty), and shortly thereafter, the DEF heater and one of the exhaust sensors had to be replaced (under emissions warranty). Then at 63,000 the high heat sensor on the EGR valve had to be replaced (not under warranty).
I do all of the basic maintenance myself (oil, filters, etc.) Aside from the few problems I've incurred, I can't say enough about the performance, comfort and drivability of the Sprinter. I also added the Helwig sway bar and noticed a difference in the swaying.

Our 2011 chassis Via needed a new DEF heater at 34K last year, other than that, just follow the service intervals. A bit more expensive for maintenance but the fuel savings more than cover it, at least for me. If you are on the interstates, look for a Freightliner dealer and you should be able to find one hopefully near where you need it.

I tried to get an oil change on my 2017 chassis at a Freightliner dealership in Albuquerque 2 years ago in October, and they wouldn't touch it. They were also busy with DPs and commercial tractors, so I think that was the reason they told me they didn't have all the diagnostic equipment to do a Sprinter chassis, which surprised me. I thought all Freightliner dealers did MB diesel chassis as well, as their own. I guess they just didn't want to do a $200 oil change when they were screwing the bigger rig drivers over for thousands more.

Just over 50,000 miles on my 2016 Navion - 2015 Sprinter 3500 chassis. The only repairs so far were the airbag recalls, maintenance has been 2 "A" services and one "B" service. So I don't know about getting service in remote areas but I won't hesitate to go just about anywhere there's a road as the probability of an incapacitating breakdown seems remote. And besides I tow a Jeep so can unhook that and drive it somewhere to get help or a phone signal if I have to. And I have roadside service coverage. So go forth and recreate

I have a 2015 Thor Siesta on the MB 3.0 chassis with about 46K miles. Only maintenance has been under warranty, air bags (recall) and emission system. Have driven all over the southwest and east coast, including the Canadian Maritime Provence's and Alaska without any problems. Dealers for any maintenance can be somewhat hard to find but I have a road service that will tow me to a dealer that will work on it if needed. Easy to drive, even my wife will drive it towing our Jeep, great fuel mileage, 12-14 towing.
