What engine do you have? Do an internet search on it and download the maintenance schedule.

Mercedes has "A" and "B" service.
"A" is less... less to be done and lower cost.
"B" is more a more extensive service and more expensive.

I don't know specifically about sprinters, but on the passenger vehicles, services are required every year or 10,000 miles whichever comes first.

They alternate each time so if this one is an "A" the next time it will be a "B" service.

Obviously I don't have a list but for example the "A" service will be an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection.

A "B" service will have all of the same things as the "A" service but will add things like brake fluid flush, coolant flush, fuel system service...ETC.

To be clear NOT all of those will be in a "B" service but some might be every time while some might be every other "B service.

Pretending you serviced based on driving 10k miles, an example would be.... a coolant flush might be every 40,000 miles so the first "B" at 20k would skip it but it would need to be done at the next "B" service at 40k miles.

An "A" service wont hurt your wallet too bad, couple hundred dollars at least.
But a "B" service, check your bank account because it can be shocking if its a big one.

We have 4 Mercedes vehicles currently.

Hope this helps.

Acquire or download the Owner/Operator Manual from the manufacturer's website, then search it for Maintenance, or Service A or Service B.

If it hasn't already been done, add the fuel filter to the list. Keeping the fuel system clean is imperative on these little motors.

Service A

Service A on a Sprinter is
Cabin Air filter change - Trivial to do, no tools required take about 30 seconds
Engine Air filter change - Not hard, requires a T25 driver there should be one in the Sprinter tool kit. I prefer Hengst air filters. While you have the filter our look at the bottom of the air box for debris and a crack. The heat from the engine cracked the bottom on my 2016.

Changing the oil filter and oil is easier than most cars. Diesel Sprinters take 14 quarts of oil so you need a large oil drain pan. Make sure its MB229.52 approved (Mobil 1 ESP 5W-30, or Valvoline European Vehicle Full Synthetic XL-III 5W-30 are my choices). The oil filter is accessed from under the hood on the drivers side near the front. I use Mann oil filters.

Important, the oil minder is set for 20,000 miles. Two Mercedes mechanics strongly suggested I change it at 10,000, or after a year.

The fuel filter recommendation is every 40k. I don't drive that far so I do it every two years.

I had the transmission filter and fluid changed at 40K miles because it was already in the shop for tires and alignment.

The other items on Service A are checking the fluid levels, brake , power steering, coolant, washer, and DEF.

There are plenty of Youtube videos for all the above services.

Coolant flush is not a service A or B item it's at 100K or when the coolant test indicates replacement. The coolant reservoir is replaced when the coolant is changed as it contains a captive preservative packet.

If you're going to do your own oil changes, I highly recommend getting a Valvomax oil drain system. It's not expensive and it makes changing the oil much easier, with near zero mess. This is especially true with the large volume of oil in Sprinter engines. Everything goes into one reusable bag that you dump at your local recycling center or auto parts store. https://www.valvomax.com/
