2014 Palazzo 36.1 Dash Gauges Quit Working

Driving home this past weekend, all dash gauges and the screen with odometer, etc, just quit working. All gauges stuck where they were. ABS light stays on and the High Beams light comes and goes. The screen tries to light up but is blank then goes out again. When the screen tries to come on it sounds like a relay may be trying to open or close somewhere in front, but I don’t see easy access to it.
I can’t find any post on this. Any ideas?

What chassis do you have? There have been reports of Freightliner chassis having poor ground connections causing gauge outages.

It’s on Freightliner.

Had a 2014 Palazzo 33.1 and the digital readout went blank and the analog gauges froze. On my way to a Freightliner Service Center every thing started working again. No codes were present. The device tech open up the front driver's side compartment where the leveling pump is located. There is a black plastic box the contains fuses and circuit breakers and he said that a circuit breaker felt loose and he was able to fully seat it. Check that box and make sure that the circuit breakers are fully seated. Never had anymore problems.
