Two things to consider. The easiest is to add a little tilt to the passenger side so the water runs towards the driver. You shouldn't notice an eighth to quarter bubble tilt inside. The other more intense and that is to open up the AC units and check the condensate drain tray that the drains are not clogged. They can build up mold over the years and clog up so the pan fills and drains over the side. There should be 2 drains, one on each side, that flows the water away.
