Axxera AVM111NAV
Well, radio dead! Had it one week and the unit turns on, screen lights up but nothing else. Reset button has no effect. And ideas? Tried reinstalling screen to no avail.

There is a touch control which puts the monitor in standby mode. Have you tried touching the screen in the bottom left hand corner?

It’s completely blank. Comes on white and fades to blue. I think it’s shot

If you tried the "reset" which I had to do once and it worked for me, then you probably need to get on the phone with Thor. Get a replacement.

I have a service scheduled in 5 weeks at dealer to address the radio and a few other issues. Hope that does it.

That's excellent news, ours died today, have a bit more trouble shooting to do. Did the dealer install the new unit? Anymore issues?

My Axxera worked but when I took it out of storage it was dead. Thor tech found that the power connection on the back of the radio was loose. My Aria has a flat panel above the radio which lifts off for access.

I've replace 2 Axxera's for different reasons. Thor sent me new ones each time. I had no idea that panel lifted out. Thanks.

Thor sent 4 old radios to replace my 2017 radio. They were 3 to 4 years older than my coach. My coach was new so I wanted a new replacement. I finally had the dealer send my radio to Axxera for repair or replacement under the radio 2 year warranty. They stopped making my model so they sent me the newest model instead. Watch the date on the radio that Thor sends you. They will not be new, mostly refurbished.

The 2 they sent me were new-brand spanking! They each had a manufacture date sticker only a couple of month's old.
