I had them on my last coach and have no complaints over the 4 years I had them on before I sold the coach.

can anyone explain why my inside dual tire, braided valve stems wont work anymore? I can't get air in or out of the valve stem?
and I want the outside tire valve stem turned 90° so I can get to it without turning into a contortionist and breaking my wrist just to get air in the stupid thing

Are you using a "double footed" air chuck and tire pressure gauge???

Could it be yust as simple as that you have to unscrew it first, will google for the device for it.
Found something that looks like it and atached picture, a pretty simple device.

Then about the motorcoach tires of Continental.
Mayby its the US version of CP ( for camping pneu) often used in Europe.

Michelin also has CP, and to my opinion they are set in the market in Europe, to unofficially cover the overloading on rear axle, so motorhome maker dont need to replace the rimms to with higher maxload., because officially the tires have maxload same as comparable C(omercial) tyre= LT.
But by using higher pressure (80 psi) then the reference-pressure of 65 or 69psi belonging to 8 plyrated = D-load, what most CP are, they can carry the overloading.

So if the motorcoach tires are the same as CP, I dont see the extra value of it.

But if you have the Continentals, see if they also give in US , 2 pressures on sidewall.
1. The reference-pressure right behind the service descriptions ( loadindex + speedcode), and somewhere else maximum inflation pressure of 10 psi higher

The extension may have come loose from the stem, if it isn’t tight the extension doesn’t work.

I stand corrected, our newest RV does in fact have continental tires and they have performed well. 😀

I thank every for their input. Michelin has not made my tire since beginning of Covid and do not have anything scheduled for next 6 weeks. I have to make a trip. I did find some fresh continentals and now I am not anxious about taking trip on 5 and 6 year old tires. Life is good.

PS - Bought them through FMCA and Continental. Was as simple if not better than a FMCA purchase for Michelin.
