I recently purchased two (mine are a bit different.... the big C with Cummins Power) for my coach. I got them directly from the Cummins website. They were not expensive. The website has a section where you can buy logo items....T shirts, caps, etc.

I ordered it from Steve White motors through amazon! But any Dodge dealer should be able to get you one. It is one piece. It's factory original for the dodge cummins pickup. I liked it cause it was raised and chromed.
