when I went to Lazy days for some minor work they told me about it . I called cummins but they need my S# from motor to tell me exactly what they did .
when I go pick up my coach next week I will be able to find out what it was , they just told me it was a computer upgrade of some type so I thought I would see if anyone else new exactly what it was . you should call cummins with your S# from motor because I did not get any letter before hand it was something they told me when I got there , also they said it was issued August 4th 2013 and I picked my coach up August 2nd

Anyway of knowing the serial number without having going into the engine bay... does Thor have it in their database. I remember there is a sticker by the driver seat with vin number and such.... will have to take a look tomorrow.

I doubt that it was an actual "Recall" versus a Cummins Campaign. Those are done very easily with a ECM Flash.
I have had probably 3 Campaigns done since it left the factory in 2001.
Generally a true recall would be for something mechanical inside the engine that would require disassemble and repair. Example, seals, bearings, etc.
Each time I visit a Cummins Center or a Cummins Coach Care facility, they always look up to see if there are any new Campaigns that would need to be flashed.

All of the major serial numbers for key components are in the paperwork provided with your owners packet in the black bag

Maybe i used the wrong term , I think it was a ECM flash , the service person said it won't take long they just hook the computer up to it and reprogram something , I just wanted to no what they where reprogramming. I guess i will find out in a few day's when I go pick it up ,
Thank's

We found the engine number on the label affixed to the wall behind the drivers seat. It is an 8 digit number. Does anyone know what the website is to plug in your engine number to check on a campaign or recall?
I looked on the Cummins site and did not see anything to check on recalls.

After registering with Cummins, go here https://quickserve.cummins.com/qs3/portal/index.html you will then on the left top enter your 8 digit engine ID number, then on the top bar, click service, then on the two row top bars you will see "campaign" click on the tab and it will show everything that is going on with your engine.
