New Dutch star parked next to me at an RV resort in Effingham. He could not get his big slide out the whole way. He said it was fixed once before.

Oh, it won't. It's a Newmar. As you read the Palazzo threads, you are told over and over how much better they are built.
I do respect the ex-owners for truly trying to inform us of problem fixes, but I too get tired of the Thor bashers that seem to stretch out these simple op's.

We love our Palasso 2014 36.1. We have had no problems with our slide outs are anything else. We have over 13,000 miles on it in one year.

Well I missed spoke. I'm setting in 36.1 in Coushatta, La with the main side out- out. One of the motors on the side out is gone. Going to have to call Thor tomorrow to see if I can get one. Already, cost me $400.

Four seasons and a bunch of "auxiliary bedroom on the driveway" over that time and no problems whatever. Georgetown did a good job designing their slide-outs.

Hi Ferg182,
I am so sorry you are having problems with your slide. Did you call Thor yet? Don't wait for the repair facility to call, it is better if you call. When you call ask to speak to Tom Overton or Steve Reed or Mark Stanley. One of those guys can get you info on who in that area is best qualified to repair the slide. You are about 45 min. South of Shreveport, La. There will be more "repair possibilities" in Shreveport since it is a bigger town than Coushatta, La. (population 1,985 approx.)
Of the 3 Louisiana Palazzo owners we are all about 4-5 hrs South East of you so we aren't much help to you. Sorry. Keep us all posted on your progress. PM if you need anymore info.
Karen

Ok, got my Palazzo 36.1 2014 back today from CW. Took it in on January 13 for my big slide motors went out. I had an extended warranty and it was out of warranty with Thor. My EW paid for the motors and a new radio that had also gone out for a total of $1,800 but CW had to take out the side and adjust as it was not square. My EW and Thor would not pay for the labor to correct this problem. I had to pay $1,400 for 11 hours of labor. We will see if what they did last?
