No one corner of your RV weighs 15 tons, so I don't understand your comment.
I use my leveling jacks to lift the tires off the ground, then a couple of 12-ton jack stands to support the axle I'm going underneath. You can also just run the RV up on wooden blocks to get enough room to get underneath. The linked "Trailer Aid" only works for dual axles, they'd be useless in a situation with only one axle. At +$41, you could buy a lot of lumber to build up wooden ramps.
