I know it seems like having to join the FMCA is inconvienent, but the FMCA membership has a lot of advantages, no matter what coach you own. They have recently added a "medical transport" type of member advantage. I am not sure the wording but, in summery, if you are injured while on the road the FMCA membership allows for transportation of your coach to your home via a driver. Also, having the FMCA membership gives you discounts on Michelan tires, campgrounds, resorts, entertainment attractions, RV insurance, and RV supplies. Your FMCA membership also has pet advantages like pet care and/or transport to your home if you are injured while on the road. I know there are RVers out there that would pay ANY price to assure their pets are taken care of in the case of their injury.

Palazzo 33.1 owner
Bought our Palazzo new 6/13. Wife named it La La for LaLaPalazzo. Been registered with forum for some time but have not used. Just completed 6K+ trip and have gained greater understanding and, of course awareness of problems. I will now become a participant.

As of tomorrow you can take me off the Palazzo (33.1) owners list. We have owned our palazzo for 2 1/2 years and travelled 22,000 miles. We loved our Palazzo and we were luckier than some with very few problems. All my chassis maintenance was done at Freightliner in Gaffney and what warranty work that was needed was don at Thor. Whoever buys our Palazzo will be getting a reliable time test coach.
Good luck to all of my Palazzo friends!

Congrats on your new Tuscany I assume! Glad you enjoyed your Palazzo. I love seeing positive comments about this model. I'll probably only see 22k on my odometer after 5 years or more.

Good Luck with the Tuscany! Will you bring it to rally at Pine Mtn? 40 footer should be more than enough room full timing.
