New Owner of a 2014 Pallazo 35.1

Hello People,

My wife and I just purchased a Thor Palazzo and were super excited to take it out. I was wondering if there is a site where we can buy OEM parts. I also have a Momentum Toy Hauler and they have a site where you can buy OEM parts. I have not been able to find anywhere for Thor.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thor will either send them for free or refer you to a Thor dealer to purchase parts.

Welcome, we have a 2016 Palazzo model 35.1 and love it! Whe I purchased the coach about 2 years ago I had a funky A/C mode knob. I discovered it was actually broken in the stem socket, After a bit of research I found the OEM supplier parts at: comfortairgr.com and the part number is rv219512. I think it fits all three A/C control knob stems, and is illuminated correctly. Good luck with your new purchase!
