So Thor is "concentraiting on Quality" huh? Too bad they didn't do that when they built ours in 2013! Our slide is out of square and the slide has failed 4 times, so yeah, I guess NOW would be a good time to start making them right............ but I seriously doubt it!!!

Where is the measurement taken? I have had no issues but want to see where I stand.

Measure from the surface of the rack to the outside of the Schwintek column. I had always thought the "column" was just a piece of irrelevant trim. But apparently it is part of the Schwintek structure. The measurement is supposed to be 2-1/2 inches plus or minus 1/8 inch.

The first time I measured the slide it was not within tolerance. However, the next time, after a drive, the slide was all in tolerance. This tells me the room must be able to shift some for and aft.
