Palazzo 2013 Greatroom slide issue

What is the issue with the Greatroom slide constantly closing uneven or having one side close and the other stopping? Please let me know if you've had this issue and how you fixed it.

Thanks

sounds like the motors are out of synch. Double check with the manual or call Thor before doing what I suggest in case i'm off on procedure. But mine was doing the same and I had to run it all the way out and hold the button for several seconds after the motors stop. Bring it in 2 -3 inches and stop and then run all the way out and again hold the button down for several seconds after the motors stop. Doing this 3 or 4 times should help the motors get back in synch.

ps.. of course you must be completely level and jacks down and we air down also before operating the slides.

try this and let us know if it worked.

Many people have had this problem. There is a whole thread in this forum about the issue. I would contact Thor and tell them about your problem.

Exactly what the Thor Factory tech told me when he came to fix my slide.
