Very interesting that the sink drains into the 'black tank' - Are the grey and black tanks the same size?

Were the flat tires from sudden air loss (road hazards) or was it tread separation ?

Will Thor reimburse for the solenoid failure and batteries?
To the best of my knowledge they are the same.
The flat were from road construction areas.
I'm out of warranty so I guess Thor won't cover costs.

As we slept it overflowed the black water tank and backed up on to the floor. I thought the sink drained into the gray water tank so it so not have been an issue. Thor confirmed that it is plumbed into the black water tank and can not be rerouted to the gray water tank.

3. Had two flat tires on the way south.

Thanks, good to know about that plumbing, not what I expected.

Sorry to hear of your problems.

so... I dont have a sub woofer, I cant seem to figure out which model should have one or not. It's just randomness... Thor needs better QC for sure. On top of that, Ive emailed them twice about trying to get an appointment at Elkhart but cant get in touch with them, need a several items to get fixed.... anyone have a good contact besides the main number, much appreciated.

I don't have his extension, but you can do a search on one of these threads for Tom Overton's extension. He has been good at getting back to me when I called him. You still have to call the main number.

His email is toverton@tmcrv.com. I've just called the main number too for him but he is very good about responding to emails also.

In follow up to my previous posts lamenting about my furnace issues which amounted to very high heat in the bathroom, warm bedroom, and cool/cold front area, I can report that it is hopefully fixed. I am at Lazy Days near Tampa and the tech just left. There is a metal duct under the sink area that distributes the heated air. Well, he found that there was an unused duct connector opening that had a piece of metal tape over it, well it used to. Consequently, there was a lot of air being discharged into the sink/furnace area. It got so hot that I couldn't hold my hand against the wood panel under the sink and distorted some plastic items that were in the drawer. I noticed that the high temperature limit switch in the furnace was cycling the burner. No wonder, the hot discharge air was being looped around to the cold air inlet. If you remove the panel below the drawer/shelf area, you can inspect yours (see photos). Additionally, there isn't a filter for the furnace.
The first photo shows the panel. The second photo is looking in from the bedroom side. It's a little difficult to fully test as it is in the 80's here.

In my previous post, the view from the bedroom side shows the opening on the left where the tech removed a duct, and the opening on the right where he has the unused duct opening partially taped. He taped the opening on both sides and that is why the duct was removed.

I would definitely use a piece of sheet metal to cover the unused hole not tape. The tape will not hold up. Glad to see the problem was found and fix quite simple.

I agree that is the best way. Service tech did the tape. Two layers of that metal tape glue side to glue side will probably hold well enough till I get back and can put a metal cover on it.

Out of curiosity we checked our unit today - we have the Jensen TV with a Vizio Soundbar - 2013 model 33.1 -- NO sub woofer found under the dinette - pulled up all three areas !
