You might check to see if you have a cable hooked up to the sub out jack on the sound bar. If you do it should lead you to the sub woofer.

Tom,

I am looking too and I have one more place to look. There is a long panel on the right side under the TV that is held in with a couple of screws, maybe it is behind this panel?

I am glad that I don't have some of the problem's that some of you are having. I have a Thor Palazzo 36.1 2013 and so far have no problems. My sound bar works great and is loud with no bad sounds. I guess I just got lucky.

after one month with NO problems with ofr new 33.2, we finally had one yesterday. Were running the furnace heating up the coach while SWMBO was hanging some pictures. All of a sudden a noise developed. I shut off the furnace to let it cool down a little. When I turned it back on, same thing... I let it run a while and then the noise got a LOT worse. I shut it down, took the panel off to get to the heat exchanger, and found lots of plastic pieces. Appears the fan blades came off the shaft and got chewed up! I can't blame this one on Thor, but on the furnace manuacturer. At any rate, dealer said they'd get the parts and have it fixed within a week. Hope so, SWMBO plans on living in it while I'm in hospital for surgery!

Thanks!! I dont have one then.. I took the screws out of the wood panel and we have it stacked with storage under the bench. Funny thing is dealer looked and said nope no storage under here because it is screwed down. Also just found storage under the bottom bunk underneath the mattress at both ends of the bunk. Two panels with a hole to put your finger in to lift them.

Very strange, wouldn't think they would stop installing premium sound, but make it even better. So you found no wiring down there either? Thinking factory forgot to install one, my benches we're not screwed down and have notch cut to lift out.

3 issues

1. Charging solonoid failed discharging the batteries and they froze.

2. In our 33.1 coach the bathroom sink is plumbed to drain into the black water tank. In the cold weather here in Florida I allowed the faucet to drip slowly to prevent freezing. As we slept it overflowed the black water tank and backed up on to the floor. I thought the sink drained into the gray water tank so it so not have been an issue. Thor confirmed that it is plumbed into the black water tank and can not be rerouted to the gray water tank.

3. Had two flat tires on the way south.

Iggy,
Sorry to hear of the troubles you had traveling South.

Very interesting that the sink drains into the 'black tank' - Are the grey and black tanks the same size?

Were the flat tires from sudden air loss (road hazards) or was it tread separation ?

Will Thor reimburse for the solenoid failure and batteries?
